  • Senior Business Development Manager (remote)
    Indonesia
    Responsibilities:
    1. Take responsibility for growing Nativex’s Performance business from performance advertisers from
      Indonesia.
    2. Collaborate with direct clients, agencies. Manage key relationships across agency partners and direct
      clients.
    3. Work towards attainable quarterly sales targets and meet/ exceed these goals.
    4. Work closely with regional leadership to implement overall sales plan.
    5. Work in partnership with dedicated customer success managers to successfully deliver.
    Requirements:
    1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
    2. Language: Ability to speak and write in English Fluently.
    3. Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in performance digital marketing, with a network of good relationships
      with digital first clients from Indonesia.
    4. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    5. Comfortable working with several different teams inside the organization to collaborate and grow the account.

  • Senior Client Growth Manager (hybrid)
    Singapore
    Responsibilities:
    1. Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan through a deep understanding of Nativex’s products, structure and ad inventory.
    2. Stay curious and updated regarding the current products, inventories available in the company and trends in the industry.
    3. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients; ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver business objectives.
    4. Be in charge of the entire sales process from finding the relevant sales leads to closing the deal with them and scale up the activity.
    5. Represent Nativex at industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients.
    6. Attend training, seminars and workshops as deemed necessary.
    Requirements:
    1. At least 2 years of mobile advertising experience is required.
    2. Solid relationships with direct advertisers, app developers and ad agencies in the mobile advertising industry experience in APAC area.
    3. Fluent in business English is a must. Able to speak Chinese will be a plus.
    4. Accountable internally within advertising team and externally with clients and vendors.
    5. Thrive in a start-up environment and ability to perform under stress.
    6. Solid knowledge of mobile marketing traffic/medias/inventory, proven track record of providing comprehensive mobile marketing solutions to advertisers.
    7. 10-20% traveling required.
