  • Sales Manager
    New Delhi, India
    Responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for New Client Acquisition, Increasing Market Share & Profitability with existing clients within the assigned territory
    2. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
    3. New client acquisition and existing client retention with consistent performance to deliver client needs / requirements
    4. Identify existing & emerging client needs and coordinate with Account Management Team to develop suitable products/ solutions & services to fulfil those needs.
    5. Regularly coordinate with the AM/ Ops Team to ensure client satisfaction & service delivery par commitments & excellence
    6. Travel across the assigned territory to meet new clients, existing key clients and stakeholders for regular meetings, performance reviews meetings and new client acquisitionmeetings etc.
    7. Discover training needs and provide coaching, Oversee day-to-day operation and Monitor team performance and report on metric
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelor degree or abovein Advertising or Marketing preferred
    2. At least 2-3years of digital advertising experience is required
    3. Solid relationships with direct advertisers and ad agencies in the mobile ad and/or previous experience interfacing with ad tech companies through a role at a DSP, SSP, Ad Network, Ad Exchange or Digital Media Agency.
    4. Comfortably discussing technical subjects such as attribution tracking integration
    5. Accountable internally within advertising team and externally with clients and vendors
    6. Thrive in a start-up environment and ability to perform under stress
    7. Solid knowledge of mobile marketing traffic/medias/inventory, proven track record of providing comprehensive mobile marketing solutions to advertisers
    8. 20-30% traveling required

    1. Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan through a deep understanding of Mobvista’s products and ad inventory.
    2. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients in SEA market; ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver business objectives
    3. Be primary responsible for developing business media solution or project proposal based on clients’ business requirements.
    4. Structure and direct the entire sales process from account identification to close.
    5. Support communication with in-bound leads of varying sizes and contribute towards on-going development of lead-qualification process.
    6. Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Marketing team to ensure compliance and resolve sales-related issues.

    2.  Manage/record the sales pipeline by fast researching and regular client follow ups.

    4. Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

    6. High level of written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate complex models and concepts.
    7. Must be flexible with the schedule and can work in the evenings due to time difference between South America and US.
    8. Team oriented & ability to motivate and work well with diverse cultures and cross-functional teams is key to successfully fulfill the role.
    9. High level of written and oral communication skills in Portuguese and English is required.
    10. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
    11. Travel Requirement: 50% (Central & South America & USA).
