  • Accounts Payable Associate (remote)
    San Francisco
    Responsibilities:

    Accounts Payable Duties:

    1. Gathers information from vendors and other sources and update various reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis including :Vendor – Budget v. Actual Reports,Reporting for NativeX and Adeer,Publisher Payment reports for Mintegral North America,Other vendor-related reports as requested
    2. Receives, verifies, obtains approval, codes and enters all accounts payable invoices and employee expense reports into the accounting system
    3. Creates weekly reports and recommends invoices for payment processing when due; sets up wire/ACH transfers approved for payment
    4. Prints checks or sets up wires for all invoices and expense reports approved for payment
    5. Uses expensify to verify the collection / organization of credit card receipts and comparison to the credit card statement, codes credit card activity on a regular or monthly basis
    6. Collect and maintain W-9 information and processes year-end 1099’s
    7. Maintain effective communication with vendors, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely payment processing

    Other Duties:

    1. Assists in the preparation of information necessary for audits, budgeting or other purposes
    2. Assists / supports Finance Team and the organization in preparation of various reports
    3. Acts as backup for updating daily reports
    4. Communicates Frequently and work closely with colleagues in HQ – China
    5. Additional duties as assigned
    Requirements:
    1. 2-year degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience required.
    2. 1+ years of related experience is required.
    3. Thrive in a fast-paced environment at international company
    4. Ability to perform analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products (with strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel), Expensify, Great Plains, QuickBooks, and knowledge of general accounting principle and standards.

  • Business Development Manager (remote)

    Responsibilities:
    1. Onboard new advertisers (Nutra/Ecom/CC/Leadgen) through e-mail, phone, instant messaging or
      social media
    2. Achieving Annual and Quarterly KPI by providing fast, ongoing support for advertisers and enhancing
      business relationships
    3. Negotiating terms and conditions with advertisers and chasing up payments
