  • Client Growth Director
    Singapore (hybrid)
    Responsibilities:

    1. Revenue Leadership & Business Expansion

    • Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for the APAC region.

    • Develop regional market strategies to expand key accounts and unlock new growth opportunities.

    • Lead enterprise-level pitches, proposals, and negotiations with senior client stakeholders.

    2. Senior Client Relationship Management (APAC Focus)

    • Build and maintain high-level relationships with CMOs, Marketing Directors, Growth leaders, and agency partners.

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across both APAC and global markets, especially brands with cross-border marketing needs.

    • Deeply understand client business goals and translate them into actionable media, creative, and influencer solutions.

    3. End-to-End Ownership of Growth Pipeline

    • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution design, pitching, closing, and ongoing account expansion.

    • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Nativex’s full suite of solutions (media, KOL/influencer marketing, creative production, cross-border solutions, social/display advertising).

    4. Strategy & Solution Leadership

    • Lead the development of strategic proposals, insights reports, and quarterly business reviews.

    • Provide thought leadership on digital strategy, creative direction, mobile advertising, influencer marketing, and APAC-to-global growth trends.

    5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance and Creative teams across APAC and China to ensure seamless execution.

    • Identify client needs and channel them into product and solution improvements.

    6. Market Representation & Industry Presence

    • Represent Nativex at industry events, summits, and networking activities.

    • Advocate Nativex’s cross-border marketing capabilities to external partners and potential clients.

    Requirements:

    1. Experience & Background

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Brand Planning, or related fields (preferred).

    • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, ad-tech, performance marketing, or influencer marketing.

    • Proven track record managing regional key accounts.

    • Existing relationships with advertisers and ad agencies in mobile advertising, performance marketing, or influencer marketing.

    • Prior enterprise-level sales experience in verticals such as travel, hospitality, and lifestyle/independent brands is a strong plus.

    • Strong understanding of cross-border marketing, including China outbound and global-to-APAC expansion.

    2. Skills & Competencies

    • Strong consultative selling skills and experience leading senior-level pitches.

    • Deep understanding of digital strategy, creative strategy, influencer/KOL marketing, and social/display advertising.

    • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.

    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment with high ownership.

    3. Language & Market Fit

    • Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken).

    • Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus to collaborate with China-facing clients and internal China teams.

  • Client Success Manager-Performance advertising
    Singapore (hybrid)
    Responsibilities:
    1. Manage and maintain clients across the Southeast Asia region, focusing on performance advertising collaborations with major media platforms. Oversee the full lifecycle of client engagements, coordinate internal and external resources, and lead project execution to ensure clients achieve their marketing objectives.
    2. Build and strengthen relationships with advertisers by identifying core client needs, responding promptly to issues during collaboration, and resolving client requests to enhance overall client experience and satisfaction.
    3. Participate in client strategic and business planning, and support the development of tailored industry advertising solutions to help clients optimize marketing performance and achieve business growth.
    4. Be familiar with the basic operations of major advertising platforms. Responsible for campaign data tracking, real-time monitoring, and in-depth performance analysis. Provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement improvements.
    5. Support other clients and team-related requests as needed.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelor’s degree or above; English and Chinese must be proficient and usable as a working language.
    2. 3-5 years of experience in the digital marketing field is preferred.
    3. Familiar with mobile internet marketing models and digital advertising formats. Understanding of both brand and performance advertising strategies on major domestic and international media platforms. Experience in a PR agency is a plus.
    4. Strong market awareness with excellent execution skills and the ability to drive cross-functional resources.
    5. Strong communication skills with the ability to identify client opportunities, deliver high-quality client service, and demonstrate effective negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Senior Integrated Strategist
    Singapore (hybrid)
    Responsibilities:
    1. Brand & Messaging Strategy: Translate client business goals into sharp brand positioning and key messaging frameworks. You must be able to write a single-minded proposition.
    2. Social & Content Ideation: Lead the strategic spark for creative briefings. Move beyond “posting calendars” to developing “content franchises” and campaign platforms.
    3. Influencer & Media Narrative: Build the strategic rationale for influencer/media selection. Don’t just list names, craft the persona strategy or media value.
    4. Phase Planning: Map how a campaign flows from seeding to highlight and sustain phase.
    Requirements:
    1. 5-8 years of experience in strategic planning within a creative, digital, or integrated agency environment.
    2. Proven track record of leading strategy for global or blue-chip brands, specifically bridging the gap between traditional brand planning and modern social/digital ecosystems.
    3. Proficiency in navigating a diverse data stack and data Storytelling
    4. Bonus points for being fluent in Mandarin.

    4. Solid relationships with direct advertisers and ad agencies in the mobile ad and/or previous experience interfacing with ad tech companies through a role as digital media agency.
    5. With experience and relationship of enterprise-level sales in gaming industry would be preferable.
    6. Consultative sale skills with a proven track read.
    7. Thrive in a start-up environment and ability to perform under stress.
