  • Senior Client Success Manager (hybrid)
    Singapore
    Responsibilities:
    1. Hands-on day-to-day management of campaigns for existing clients. This includes day to day monitoring of campaign performance, trend and data analysis to ensure effective delivery and customer satisfaction.
    2. Proactively oversee the assigned portfolio of clients and identify growth and up-sell opportunities. Provide strategic advice to clients and conduct business reviews with clients.
    3. Develop and maintain client relationships. Successfully manage client communication and expectations throughout the campaign, and respond to customer request/inquiries inline with company standards and processes.
    4. Facilitate internal business processes in terms of reporting, tracking, and proactive billing/payment fulfillment.
    5. Respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
    6. Proactively identify and suggest new processes toward enhancing Nativex’s service.
    Requirements:
    1. Minimum 2 years of experience of success in driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and management.
    2. Understanding of ad tech and mobile advertising markets in SEA.
    3. Experience in managing mobile advertising campaigns for clients, preferably in E-commerce, fintech, gaming & edu-tech verticals.
    4. Relevant experience in customer-facing roles or customer service required.
    5. Ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements.
    6. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
    7. High level of motivation and willingness to learn.
    8. Ability to perform under stress, thrive in a fast paced and start-up environment.
    9. Ability to speak English and Mandarin fluently, knowledge of other SEA languages is good to have.

  • Client Success Manager (hybrid)

    Responsibilities:
    1. Responsible for maintaining and deepening relationships with mobile internet advertising clients, gaining a thorough understanding of client needs and delivering high-quality customer service; timely follow-up and response to client feedback.
    2. Based on clients’ promotional needs, develop promotional plans on various domestic and foreign media channels including but not limited to META/GOOGLE/TIKTOK/KWAI/ByteDance/Tencent/Kuaishou etc. Follow-up and implement the plans, tap into traffic potential, coordinate resources, and fulfill client user growth goals.
    3. Gain an in-depth understanding of clients’ overseas KOL resource needs and overseas short video ad creative needs, and accurately convey client needs to the overseas KOL team and design team to grasp overall progress, evaluate cooperation effects, optimize processes, and achieve high-quality project delivery.
    4. Work closely with the planning team on domestic and overseas market research and competitor analysis to extract and integrate effective information and assist with developing integrated marketing solutions to acquire new clients.
    5. Regularly review and analyze the overall business situation, identify opportunities to optimize client delivery and explore client re-marketing opportunities, improve operational quality and efficiency.
    Requirements:
    1. Have a certain understanding of the mobile internet advertising industry, be passionate and interested in it.
    2. 1-3 years of relevant industry experience or operations experience preferred, integrated marketing or brand marketing background preferred.
    3. Ability to speak Mandarin fluently.
    4. Understanding of ad tech and mobile advertising markets in the U.S.
    5. Relevant experience in customer-facing roles or customer service required.
    6. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
    7. Excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, time management and allocation abilities, able to adapt to high-pace multi-tasking work rhythms.

  • Senior Client Growth Manager (remote)

    Responsibilities:
    1. Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan through a deep understanding of Nativex’s products, structure and ad inventory.
    2. Stay curious and updated regarding the current products, inventories available in the company and trends in the industry.
    3. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients; ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver business objectives.
    4. Be in charge of the entire sales process from finding the relevant sales leads to closing the deal with them and scale up the activity.
    5. Represent Nativex at industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients.
    6. Attend training, seminars and workshops as deemed necessary.
    Requirements:
    1. At least 2 years of mobile advertising experience is required.
    2. Solid relationships with direct advertisers, app developers and ad agencies in the mobile advertising industry experience in METAP area.
    3. Fluent in business English is a must. Able to speak Arabic will be a plus.
    4. Accountable internally within advertising team and externally with clients and vendors.
    5. Thrive in a start-up environment and ability to perform under stress.
    6. Solid knowledge of mobile marketing traffic/medias/inventory, proven track record of providing comprehensive mobile marketing solutions to advertisers.
    7. 10-20% traveling required.
