    工作职责:

    About This Role:

    1. You will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing and closing new clients to meet company’s revenue and gross profit objectives.
    2. You will interact with marketing managers and executives from the top mobile advertisers to help achieve their marketing goals with the NativeX products, leading the sales effort across the entire funnel to close new business.
    3. 3.Your responsibilities will include researching and generating new opportunities, establishing deal terms, and selling the mobile advertising solutions via a consultative approach.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Initiate, develop, and maintain strong executive and decision making-level client relationships with South America ad agencies and app developers.
    2.  Manage/record the sales pipeline by fast researching and regular client follow ups.
    3. Keep all stakeholders updated on key market opportunities and trends to max the work efficiency and effectiveness.
    4. Perform analysis, due diligence and assist in negotiations with potential partners.
    5. Leverage competitive analysis and understand the mobile advertising landscape.
    6. Acquire new leads and convert leads to contract and live campaigns.
    7. Network at events and meet-ups within the local mobile gaming/app space to build business relationships and partnerships.
    任职要求:
    1. At least 3+ years in a Sales or Business Development role, preferably in mobile advertising.
    2. Exceptional client management skills, with proven success in business/client retention and business growth.
    3. Deep understanding of industry issues and trends.
    4. Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
    5. Proactive problem solving capabilities and outstanding interpersonal skills.
    6. High level of written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate complex models and concepts.
    7. Must be flexible with the schedule and can work in the evenings due to time difference between South America and US.
    8. Team oriented & ability to motivate and work well with diverse cultures and cross-functional teams is key to successfully fulfill the role.
    9. High level of written and oral communication skills in Portuguese and English is required.
    10. BA/BS degree or equivalent.
    11. Travel Requirement: 50% (Central & South America & USA).

    About This Role

    1. As the advertising sales, you will focus on connecting with prospects across phone, email, social and in-person and close deals.
    2. You will research prospects to understand a company’s business use case to better initiate constructive conversations with advertisers. Success in this role is measured by hitting and exceeding quarterly sales goals, consistently staying ahead of daily metrics, and handling rejection in stride, all in a start-up and team-focused environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Identify, prioritize and close new clients to meet company’s revenue and gross profit objectives.
    2. Deliver professional presentations and demonstrations via online or F2F client meetings.
    3. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients; ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver business objectives.

  • Account Manager
    Singapore
    工作职责:
    1. Acquire a thorough understanding of Mobvista’s offerings, reporting analysis, competitive advantages, and resources.
      Take a consultative approach to understanding the goals, motivations, and performance needs of your accounts
    2. Coordinate all pre-launch executions, including set-up of account/campaign, preparation of research studies, etc…
    3. Monitor campaign performance post-launch, analyze data, and optimize towards KPIs.
    4. Monitor third party reporting for pacing, performance and discrepancy purposes.
    5. Resolve routine account issues and consult with others frequently on more complex account issues.
    6. Develop and maintain strong industry and company knowledge.
    7. Grow revenue of assigned accounts through achieving client needs and new opportunities.
    8. Work closely with cross-functional teams while understanding roles and responsibilities of colleagues located in domestic and INTL office.

    1. BS/BA required, degree in business, marketing, or related field; English is required, Indonesian a plus.
    2. 21-2 years minimum related to mobile advertising experience.
    3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    4. Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem and performance marketing KPIs.
    5. Knowledgeable of testing, attribution, segmentation, and QA; Thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and ability to perform under stress.

  • Senior Sales Manager

    工作职责:
    1. Responsible for New Client Acquisition, Increasing Market Share & Profitability with existing clients within the assigned territory.
    2. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders travel across the assigned territory to meet all clients and stakeholders for regular meetings, performance reviews and new client acquisition.
    3. Identify existing & emerging client needs and coordinate with Account Management Team to develop suitable products/ solutions & services to fulfil those needs.
    4. New client acquisition and client retention with consistent performance to deliver client needs / requirements.
