As a Mobvista subsidiary, Nativex is happy to announce it has recently issued both SOC2 Type 2 and SOC3 reports from an international accounting firm.
Strong data privacy and security policies are at the cornerstone of our business operations. The System and Organization Controls (SOC) reports provide Nativex’s users with assurance that our organization’s system requirements were achieved based on the applicable trust services criteria.
Under Mobvista, Nativex has been issued SOC2 Type 2 and SOC3 reports, covering areas such as security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy during the evaluation period between August 16, 2021 to September 30, 2022. Governed by AICPA, the report evaluated Nativex as well as Mobvista’s various other business entities including Mintegral, XMP and its data analytics, SaaS and cloud computing technology.
The issuance of SOC reports further corroborates our dedication to providing transparent user data solutions in an increasingly privacy-first digital world. We are steadfast in our commitment to protecting the security and privacy of customer data. In addition to the SOC reports, Mobvista and its subsidiaries have also successfully remained compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA while receiving ISO/IEC 27001 and ePrivacyseal endorsements.
“Mobvista has always regarded data security and user privacy as one of its key pillars. The mobile marketing industry is inextricably linked to data and as a global technology service provider, Mobvista puts data security at the top of the corporate development agenda,” said Sean Song, CFO of Mobvista. “Through the SOC2 and SOC3 examinations, enterprises are better equipped to meet regulatory compliance requirements and enhance customer trust.”
